Contact Linda Hinton, Director, to schedule school and group tours of the museum or to answer your questions regarding the museum. Linda resides in Tyronza and is a former business education teacher. She is a Poinsett County representative for the Arkansas Delta Byways. Linda and her staff will work with educational groups to arrange special programs for students of all ages.

Dr. Ruth Hawkins, Director of Arkansas Heritage SITES

Ruth is Director of Arkansas Heritage SITES at Arkansas State University, which includes overall responsibilities for policies and programs at the Southern Tenant Farmers Museum, Lakeport Plantation in Lake Village, and the Hemingway-Pfeiffer Museum and Educational Center at Piggott. Ruth also is Executive Director of Arkansas Delta Byways, a 15-county tourism promotion association that promotes Eastern Arkansas and its two national scenic byways: Crowley's Ridge Parkway and the Arkansas Great River Road.

Paula Miles, Assistant Director of Arkansas Heritage SITES
Paula provides administrative coordination and oversight for the Southern Tenant Farmers Museum and the Lakeport Plantation in Lake Village. She also is Executive Secretary for Arkansas Delta Byways, the 15-county tourism promotion association serving Eastern Arkansas. Her responsibilities include serving as office manager, coordinating special events, and providing staff support for ongoing activities in the Delta region and along the Crowley's Ridge Parkway and the Arkansas Great River Road national scenic byways.

Bryan Pierce, Graduate Assistant

Brian is in the ASU Heritage Studies Ph.D. program and is working with the museum to document the area's history through oral histories and documentaries. Bryan is originally from Georgia.

Phyllis Hood, Administrative Assistant I
Phyllis resides in Lepanto. She helps with tours, special events and manages the museum gift shop.

Jessica Ross, Administrative Assistant I
Jessica is a native of Tyronza and a recent graduate pf Arkansas State University. She assists with tours and educational programs.
